At The Eastern restaurant, we decided to specialise in offering an extensive selection of Thai, Chinese and Malaysian dishes with a few carefully selected ones from Japan.  We chose these cuisines as all of them combine well and complement each other perfectly.  This also gives our discerning customers the choice to combine or focus on their preferred cuisine.  For example, we are the prefect for solution for the couple where one likes Chinese food and the other prefers the spicy dishes associated with Thailand.

Our talented chefs were hand picked for their knowledge and expertise in producing authentic dishes that are custom-tailored for the UK palate. They are masters at creating culinary delights such as Tom Yum Soup, Chicken Yakitori, Beef in Oyster Sauce with Spinach Leaves, Lamb Rendang, Malaysian Kari, Crispy Prawn Lorbak and Thai Roast Duck in Tamarind Sauce. They have even worked hard to develop some of their own unique creations such as Sliced Duck Paired with Cucumber and Raspberry and Lobster in Chef’s Special Sauce.
